Mean Green Fling is the back-to-school kickoff event hosted by Student Activities! 2023 will mark the 25th year of this exciting event. Each year, more than 39,000 students are invited to attend Mean Green Fling, which will take place immediately following New Student Convocation. To welcome students back to campus, there will be more than 300 student organizations, campus departments, and off-campus sponsors at this event. Attendance is expected to reach over 7,500.
