Student Organization Fairs are an opportunity for registered student organizations
(RSOs) to showcase their organization, recruit new members, and market events, and
for interested students to find ways to get involved.
August 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Library Mall
September 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Library Mall (RSO table sign up
opens August 20)
October 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m at the Library Mall (RSO table sign up opens
September 15)
Student Organization Fairs help students discover involvement opportunities, build community, develop leadership skills, network, and connect with organizations that align with their interests and identities.
Student Organization Fairs provide an opportunity for registered student organizations to increase visibility, recruit new members, build connections, promote their mission, and showcase their impact within the university community.
Only RSOs are eligible to participate.
RSOs are encourage to bring table decorations, organization banners/signage, flyers/promotional
materials, sign-up sheets or QR codes, and interactive activities.
Successful tables often include clear signage, enthusiastic and engaging members,
visual displays, and easy ways for students to connect or sign up to join.
No, RSO cannot use the fair as an opportunity to sell items or fundraise.
Tabling is available only for student organizations registered for the current academic year, not campus departments or outside entities.
