Involvement Fairs are an opportunity for student organizations to showcase their organization,
recruit new members, and market events. This tabling opportunity is for student organizations only, not UNT Departments.
Below are the guidelines for student organizations:
- Registered organizations (those who completed for 2024-2025)
- Can sign up for a table with no prerequisites as long as they are eligible
- Returning organizations (those who last registered in 2023-2024)
- Any non-registered orgs (New organizations, returning organizations. or those who
are not registered due to not meeting membership requirements) will be reviewed based
on circumstances

- In the sign-up form, they will need to submit their organization name, advisor name
and email, names and EUIDs for all officers, their organization’s mission and a brief
description, and a plan of how they will reach 8 members if they do not meet the requirement
- After review, they will receive notification of whether or not they will be added

- If you are submitting a table request for multiple student organizations, you will
need to complete the sign up form for each organization
- Due to the limited number of tables, every organization will be limited to 1 table
and 2 table attendants per Involvement Fair
- Completion of the sign up form does NOT guarantee that your organization will receive
a table
- Completing the sign up form does NOT register your organization
- In the event that there is rain, the event will be canceled
- Sign-ups could potentially close early if all the available spots fill up
