Involvement Fairs are an opportunity for registered student organizations (RSOs) to
showcase their organization, recruit new members, and market events, and for interested
students to find ways to get involved.
January 28, 2026, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Library Mall
February 16, 2026, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Library Mall
Tabling is available only for student organizations registered for the current academic
year, not campus departments or outside entities.

- If you are submitting a table request for multiple RSOs, you will need to complete
the sign up form for each
- Due to the limited number of tables, every RSO will be limited to 1 table and 2 table
attendants per Involvement Fair
- Completion of the sign up form does NOT guarantee that your RSO will receive a table
- In the event of rain, the event will be canceled
- Sign-ups could potentially close early if all available spots fill up
- If you sign up and your organization does not show up without notice, your organization
will lose involvement fair privileges for the remainder of the academic year
