UNT Transfer Communities are a great way for new and continuing transfer students to get involved! Each community partners with another department on campus and is led by Transfer Ambassadors, who serve as peer mentors. Transfer Communities vary in theme, meeting date, and schedule of events. These communities provide opportunities for students to connect with peers, build a network of students with similar interests, learn from our Transfer Ambassadors and UNT staff. Transfer Communities are based on a specific topic or interest. They do NOT require a residential or credit requirement. They are a great way for new transfer students to meet other people with similar interests and learn about opportunities on campus.
