The Ambitious, Involved, and Motivated (AIM) Seminar is a FREE eight-week course designed to help you jump-start your leadership development within the office of Orientation & Transition Programs! AIM covers a wide range of leadership and professional development topics meant to help you get ready to land your first student leadership position with ease!
About the AIM Seminar
  • The Ambitious, Involved, and Motivated Seminar will occur once a week on Tuesdays at 3:30 – 5:00 PM starting January 27, 2026 through March 24, 2026.
  •  Over the course of the eight weeks, you will hear from various campus partners, such as the Center for Leadership Development and staff from the Office of Orientation and Transition Programs about topics including your strengths, leadership development, and professional growth.
