Use your student email to log in and fill out the requested information.
Please follow donation bin guidelines below when submitting your request.

Donation bin Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and respectful process for all campus partners, student organizations requesting donation bins must adhere to the following guidelines:

Reservation Requirements

Requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the desired start date. Only recognized student organizations in good standing may reserve donation bins.

Responsibility for Collected Items

The sponsoring organization is solely responsible for monitoring and collecting donated items throughout the duration of the drive. All items must be picked up no later than the end date listed on the reservation form.

Bin Maintenance

Donation bins must be kept clean and orderly during the drive. At the conclusion of the drive, the organization must clean out and wipe down the bin before returning it.

Unclaimed Donations

Any items not picked up within 24 hours after the end of the reservation period will be:
Reallocated to an appropriate campus department or organization. Counted as an infraction against the sponsoring organization’s future reservation privileges.

Acknowledgement of Guidelines

Organizations must acknowledge these guidelines on the request form to complete the reservation process.
