All client needs are coordinated through a single department. Conference and Event Services provides comprehensive event management support and is available to assist with the planning and execution of your conference.

Process Overview

    • Client submits a request for conference and/or event management services.
    • An Event Management Coordinator is assigned to the group.
    • A pre-event consultation is scheduled to discuss requested services and event needs.
    • A customized quote is provided for review.
    • Contract is finalized and signed.
    • Event logistics and management planning begin.
    • Ongoing communication is maintained between the Event Management Coordinator and the client throughout the planning process.
    • Event Day support* includes client check-ins before, during, and after the event.
      *On-site services provided as applicable
    • Post-event reconciliation and final billing review.
    • Post-event meeting conducted with the client for follow-up and feedback.
