The University of North Texas offers customized attendee registration solutions designed
to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience for participants while addressing
the unique requirements of each event. All client needs are coordinated through a
single department. Conference and Event Services provides comprehensive event management
support and is available to assist with the planning and execution of your conference.
Process Overview

- Client submits a request for conference and/or event management services.
- An Event Management Coordinator is assigned to the group.
- A pre-event consultation is scheduled to discuss requested services and event needs.
- A customized quote is provided for review.
- Contract is finalized and signed.
- Event logistics and management planning begin.
- Ongoing communication is maintained between the Event Management Coordinator and the
client throughout the planning process.
- Event Day support* includes client check-ins before, during, and after the event.
*On-site services provided as applicable
- Post-event reconciliation and final billing review.
- Post-event meeting conducted with the client for follow-up and feedback.

- Creation and management of a customized registration website
- Secure, PCI-compliant credit card payment processing
- Automated attendee communications, including registration confirmations, pending notices,
cancellations, payment reminders, and parking information
- Access to client reporting tools with attendee information, event counts, customized
reports, financial reporting, and billing details
- Registration support via email and phone, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
- Consultation on virtual event platforms and coordination with the registration system
- Payment accepted: Credit Cards

- Coordination of on-campus services, including parking, housing, catering, risk management,
security, facilities, meeting spaces, audiovisual support, internet access, and more
- Creation and management of a customized registration website
- Secure, PCI-compliant credit card payment processing

cancellations, payment reminders, and parking information
- Access to client reporting tools with attendee information, event counts, customized
