In 2014, the Mean Green football team won the Heart of Dallas Bowl in its first season in Conference USA, ending the first 100 years of football at UNT on a high note. With a Division I athletics program, dedicated student-athletes, 16 athletics teams and outstanding facilities that include a first-of-its-kind green stadium, UNT is building a world-class athletics program.

Get around campus in true Mean Green style with our Bus Shuttle system. Check the schedule, get service updates, and track each shuttle in real-time. Please note that there are changes to the bus schedule during breaks and summer months.
You can easily hop on a Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) bus or a train from campus to various places in the city and beyond. Check the DCTA site for maps and schedules.
Market Days are designed to showcase local vendors who wish to sell products or services on site. The event occurs the first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during long semesters only. Load-in begins as early as 8:00 a.m. and vendors must be packed up no later than 5:00 p.m. Read more on Market Days policies.
