All for NT/NT for All Leadership Conference

2025 Registration

Registration Closes: April 1st, 2025

Our theme for 2025: Great Leaders Replace Great Leaders, will focus on elements that make up the Participative Leadership Theory. When we raise up leaders who can do what we do, we open ourselves up to the possibility of leading in a new, or even bigger, capacity. We give others the opportunity to use their gifts and skills and we add value to our team by taking on something else that is critical to the mission.

What is the All for NT/NT for All Leadership Conference?

A four hour conference focused on introducing students to topics that enhance their leadership skills and connecting them to other students to create a network of support. The conference focuses on the Participative Leadership Theory.

Students will better understand and practice their leadership skills by attending the breakout presentations.
