Massage Styles & Options
The therapist will work with each individual to determine the massage style that best meets their needs. Clients may choose whether their session takes place on a comfortable massage table or on a specially textured traditional Thai floor mat.
Recent Injury or Illness
Recent injuries may require medical clearance before receiving massage therapy. For questions about whether massage is safe or appropriate for specific injuries or medical conditions, please consult a healthcare provider.
