The Office of Disability Access (ODA) requests feedback on the student accommodations process. As faculty, you play an important role in ensuring student accommodations are met. We appreciate feedback from all levels of faculty (tenured, adjunct, instructors of record, etc.). This survey will take no longer than 5 minutes.
