The Meadows Center for Health Resources offers individual remote Wellness consultations for UNT students. A Wellness consultation is a collaborative, non-judgmental process that can help students identify and achieve their health and wellness goals and learn practical skills to improve overall well-being.
Whether you would like to learn how to change a particular health behavior, wish to discuss health topics, or want to learn more about the many wellness programs and services available virtually and on campus, we are here to help. Our staff can provide consultation and referrals for topics including stress management, responsible drinking, sexual well-being, healthy relationships, safety, and more.
Consultations with a health educator are available by appointment via zoom, email, or over the phone. To schedule an appointment, email MeadowsCenter@unt.edu.
Individual consultations are intended for wellness concerns. Consultations are not intended for clinical counseling or medical advice.
