The MCHR provides free health and wellness events and activities for students each semester. Programs cover health education topics from the Dimensions of Wellness in a fun and informative way. For a list of upcoming events, follow us on social media @untSHWC and check out our calendar.
Student organizations, residence halls, departments, and classes can also request programs by completing the MCHR Program Request Form. Choose from our list of popular programs or submit a custom program request. We try to honor as many requests as possible, but our calendar fills up quickly! A minimum advanced notice of 2 weeks is suggested for tabling events and presentations. Please provide at least 3 weeks' advanced notice for activity-based programs and custom requests.
