No Show Fee
  • Effective August 1, 2025, the no-show fee is $25.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment to avoid this charge.

Appointment Information
  • Not all services qualify, contact us if you have questions.
  • Telehealth visits are available for appointments that do not require lab testing.
  • A provider may determine that an in-person visit is more appropriate based on your condition.
  • If you're not near Denton, Texas, you may be referred to an outside provider.
  • Due to state regulations, telehealth services are only available to students who are physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment.
